Fish Market
This short silent movie of a bustling market of mainly Eastern European Jewish immigrants on the Lower East Side of New York City was filmed on a Friday morning in 1903.It's only about a minute long, but could be used well in a classroom (contexts: Jewish history, ghetto, Shabbat prep, etc.).
